PRINT STORE FAQ

  • General Print Info: All prints in this drop are limited-edition, with the edition size limited to the number of orders received during the sale window. All three images are high-quality, fine art giclée prints, sized at 12"x16" with an approximately 3/4-inch margin (varies slightly by image) on archival cotton rag paper. In order to provide the prints with maximum protection, they will covered in glassine paper and mailed in hard cardboard tubes.
  • A Note on Tariffs and other Import Fees: Due to the changing nature of the global shipping landscape and in order to keep shipping open to folks in as many countries as possible, international shipping fees on these prints do not include any additional tariff, duty, custom, or other similar import fees. If any such fees are assessed upon delivery, they will be the responsibility of the recipient. 
  • ​A Note on Pre-Orders: These items are PRE-ORDERS, and will not ship until printing is completed. All prints are made-to-order, based on the number of pre-orders received during the sale period. Shipping is estimated to begin in December 2025, once proofing, printing, signing, and packing are complete. This estimate is subject to change based on manufacturing and distribution times, and I will keep everyone updated with any significant changes to the timeline. Updates regarding print production and fulfillment progress will be posted to Bluesky, Twitter, and micahepsteinart.com/prints as they become available.   • A Note on Holiday Shipping: I will make every effort to ensure that everyone's prints are shipped out in time for the 2025 holiday season, BUT a large part of this timeline is subject to printer schedules and is not entirely within my control. So, while I can't guarantee these prints will arrive by the holidays, I will do my very best! 
  • Damage and Returns: Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of this series, returns are not available for these prints. However, if your print is damaged in transit, please contact me at [email protected] and I will have a replacement sent to you free of charge.
